Every life deserves to be admired

Today was interesting, i spent most of it on the computer totally memorized by beautiful pictures. and then the other half i was daydreaming of dancing and contortionist. so not a very productive day.......................................but i liked it!!!!

to start off with (and these never have any organized set to them) is the suave the beautifull the italain silver fox marcello mastroianni. this is such a cool pictures, i love pictures with smoke, you can just feel the tension that he is feeling. it is so seductive!
The Thin Man!!! i love the banter between these guys it is so funny and witty and charming, and i have never seen such a intriguing chemistry with a already married couple! here is one of my favorite moments

Myrna Loy & William Powell in The Thin Man (1934, dir. Woody Van Dyke)
“Would you like a drink?”
“It’s a little early, isn’t it?”
“Too early for a drink?”
“No! Too early for stupid questions! Of course I want a drink!”
the amazing Katherine Hepburn. she could do anyting and she knew it.
i love this picture. she is so young and stern looking. she knows what she wants
Ok i read Lauren Bacall's autobiography and i loved it so much. the bogie bacall love story should be a movie alone, (i usually didn't pay much attention to Humphrey Bogart, but through her words. and then i saw this picture. she looks so happy. and i love how he has his arm around her waist (i have a thing about arms and waists!)
I grew up with City Lights and it is still the sweetiest movie you will ever see. and the tramps exspression at the end of the movie is so awwwwwwwww., i just want to cry, he looks so happ.
Fred Astaire and Rita Hayworth, they are both talented and adorable and got mad style and they are sweet and the best dancers ever!!! i can't help but smile every time i see one of them, and both of them!!!!!!!!!

one of my favorite quotes: Fred Astaire in Top Hat (1935 dir. Mark Sandrich) (via TCM)
Oh, I’m sorry! I didn’t realize I was disturbing you. You see, every once in a while I suddenly find myself…dancing.
I love Eartha Kitt (sassy short thing i want to be ;) an djames dean is super cool, and this picture is priceless. i read that james dean admired eartha, and wanted her to teach him how to move on stage. so she showed him how "to have words move you" (i love that) she looks so motherly here i love it. (do i love to many things??)
I got to admit, when i daydream i dream about strong demanding, grabbing me by the arms, waist and kssing me (sigh) and this picture (hole freaking movie) realy brings that quality out in Humphry Bogart. and ingrid Bergman is one of the prettiest women ever!
“When you’re thirty you’re old enough to know better, but still young enough to go ahead and do it.”
ok so this is a Brigitte Bardot quote, but i thought it went nicely with this awesome picture of Rita Hayworth. she looks like she just got tired of modeling and had fun!!!
According to Bob Willoughby, the photographer who snapped these candids, Loren spotted 23-yr-old Presley eating lunch in the Paramount commissary and decided to go over & introduce herself. Which is to say, she promptly sat in his lap, gave him a kiss, & began mussing his carefully sculpted pompadour. He didn’t mind. that is so cool i love them both so much, and she has such spuck and innocent awesomenesss ( i know it is not a word) and the picture of him kissing her neck it my favorite.!
“I rather like my reputation, actually, that of a spoiled genius from the Welsh gutter, a drunk, a womanizer; it’s rather an attractive image.”
-Richard Burton I love his face and his character so much it kills me. his pock marks his puckerd lips. his smarty ass forhead lines (i am a little obsessive)
